Actor Luke Perry Dies After Tragic Stroke

Luke Perry, star on “Beverly Hills, 90210”, and more recently, “Riverdale” has died. Perry’s sudden and heartbreaking death came as a complete shock to many as it was recently announced on March 4th. The fifty-two year old was hospitalized on February 27th after suffering from a massive stroke at his nearby home. After five days, his family made the difficult decision to take him off life support, as he was officially announced dead. During Perry’s final moments, he was surrounded by love and prayers, in addition to the many tributes and personal anecdotes from his longtime co-stars. Perry started his acting career at age sixteen on ABC’s soap opera, “Loving” and “Another World”. In 1990 he gained popularity as Dylan McKay in the teen drama, “Beverly Hills, 90210” and was currently starring as a fatherly figure, Fred Andrews, on CW’s,“Riverdale”. Perry’s unforgettable character is a testament to why he is remembered as a renowned actor, role model, and idol.
