Cowboys Quarterback Prescott Injured

Cowboys Quarterback Prescott Injured

Ian Mulhearne

Last Sunday, quarterback for the Cowboys, Dak Prescott, injured his ankle and was in critical condition. The injury was so severe that Prescott’s ankle bone was sticking out, and he was immediately rushed off the field by a cart.  After he was rushed off the field, he had to get ankle surgery, and the doctors put his ankle bone back in place.  The doctor says it will take six months of recovery for Prescott, but it could possibly be longer than that. My personal opinion is that Dak will be out nine to ten months, maybe longer.  These types of injuries can take a while since sometimes there could be multiple surgeries which could delay the athlete’s return.  If Dak Prescott cannot recover properly, I think his career could be over.  I put out all my hopes and prayers to Dak, and I hope he makes a quick recovery because the NFC East would not be the same without them.
